I had a good experience with overnightprints doing my business cards. They were on time and they looked great. It seems like there are a lot of negative comments here....but they did do a good job for me. - Yeli , posted 05/27/08 |

I am responsible for printing all sorts of collateral, advertising and marketing pieces for my clients and was forced to use them a couple of times due to budgetary reasons. The first time the cards were cut wrong and I had to fight to get them to replace them. Then the second time they printed the cards the wrong color AND off-center. Yes, I used their template. I am a designer and have done this type of work for years and worked with loads of printers with no problems. But would they take responsibility? Absolutely not! They said they cannot guarantee that it won't print off center. How can a company that provides printing services NOT guarantee that a business card not be cut a certain way ALL of the time? And if they do screw up, how can they not take responsibility for that? Was that my fault? And they blamed the color issue on me. Strange how PMS colors can change ONLY with overnightprints. I highly recommend AGAINST using overnightprints. Especially if you are providing for a client. I ordered on May4th. I still have nothing. They don't respond to email inquiries, phone customer service takes too long and is lousy. they make excuses like PayPal taking too long, but PayPal cleared within two days. They have no consistency, no moral business ethics, no customer service skills whatsoever. In their eyes, the customer is always wrong but they can give you a 10% discount on your next order to make it all better... -  merissa

Overnight Prints customer service is horrible. I ordered some business card with them and had very bad experience, no matter what you read with good feed back don't believe, it took them 15 days to print my cards and (remember they call themselves "overnight prints") when I call to find out about my order, I asked the guy if they can send them to me faster since it took them 15 days to print, he said no unless I pay extra, I asked them if I can cancel these order and go somewhere else to get them faster, he said he only can issue me store credit, so I waited till I got the card to find that the made a horrible job and placed a border on my card that I did not want, when I called, I got the same answer, NO CAN DO , so do what I did, I called my credit card company and I told them I was not happy and cancel the payment - paris , posted 09/21/07 |

I am only leaving this because so many people had a bad experience with these people and mine was fine. I had absolutely no problems with my order. They were nice and thck and the glossy clear coat was terrific. I uploaded my own work according to their instructions (created a blank template using the dimensions they provided and uploaded the whole card as one image per side). package arrived today (thursday sept 20) and i ordered them on Sunday. They look better than my expectations and were cheaper even with the shiping and of better quality than I could have done on my own. Like the other person said - avoid them like the plague! Now listen girls, if you don't want to end up in tears, seriously DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. (and guys if you don't want to punch a hole in the wall) They make false claims. I paid for overnight shipping, but they didn't arrive because of late printing. Then they were supposed to arrive the next day, but didn't due to late shipping. Then they were supposed to arrive the next day after they supposedly upgraded to Next Day Early AM Saturday delivery (which they really didn't) so once again they did not arrive! They fully admit it was there fault and they dropped the ball THREE TIMES, yet they WON'T refund my money!!! Even when I paid for the overnight shipping which doubled the cost of the order. I probably wasted 3 hours on the phone with them in all and alot of money, not to mention the damage that may have been done to my relationship with my client. I seriously cried from frustration and I have thick skin! Just don't do it! There are so many printing companies out there. When you come across this one just pass them over. GotPrint.com has been wonderful to me. Great products and great customer service. If you must, please use VistaPrint before using OvernightPrints. - shelly , posted 07/28/07 |

Ordered on Sunday nite for overnight production of 4000 cards. Said printing on Monday, then done printing on Tuesday, ready to ship. Then Tuesday nite, printing again. Spent hours on phone on hold, they DO NOT respond to email at all! Avoid this company, there are too many other choices out there, seriously. If you want to give away money, give it to charity. Lost package, claimed it was UPS's fault (it wasn't), offered no resolution. On hold for an hour + for each of the 9 calls I made (4 of which I gave up on). No customer service rep offered a solution better than refunding shipping. I'm calling the California BBB on them - this is ridiculous. Sound more like a scam than a real company.
