The tiny town of Garberville serves a rather bustling local community. Many fine restaurants have held their own in the neighborhood, none so well as The Woodrose Cafe. The casual atmosphere is often lively and full of the happy sounds of children enjoying breakfast out with the family. As delicious for the vegan as the tradition breakfast eater, my own reccomendation is the omlettes. How many places in California still serve you jam in a jar with a spoon? Rooted in the Back to the Land history of the local community expect courteous prompt service and delicious health-concious food often served with local and organic ingredients.
