I have been to Japan eight times. I have eaten in sushi bars and restaurants all over the world. Umi Sushi is UNDOUBTEDLY the WORST in service I have EVER experienced. I've been there three (3) times, to give them the benefit of the doubt. To say they are rude would be an understatement. The quality of the sushi is only fair. I am so impressed with this roll I can't even eat one at my 'previous' fav sushi restaurant. First of all, it's actually spicy. Second, there is no mayo sauce. Not sure exactly what spices they put in it besides a little cilantro which, is so refreshing for this roll. It is just soooo good you gotta try! The restaurant itself is a pretty small little place that I've seen forever but was not very impressed with the outside so I never went in until friends raved about the fresh fish.
