Sandra Ingerman is best known for her book and training in the healing method of Soul Retrieval. Her path has radically shifted in the past several years. Now she also teaches "Medicine For the Earth", healing through bringing our own divine self to the forefront..healing of light for the earth and ourselves...those are my words. Take it from her, though. Check out her site. She also has an excellent book for beginners called The Beginners Guide to Shamanic Journeying. It comes with a CD of drumming to journey to, in case you don't have a drum or don't want to disturb the neighbors. :) Sandra is kind, patient, down to earth and compassionate human being. I have great respect for her as a person as well as a teacher and a healer. It would be well worth it to explore what she offers. - Tasara , posted 12/24/06 |
