This is a place that is up on San Marcos Pass above the mountains of Santa Barbara. In the Lake Cachuma area. A small store off On Paradise Road a short ways away from the Historical Cold Springs Tavern. On Wednsdays there is a most excellent Barbique Starting at about 6:30. On Saturdays there is also a barbique starting at about 6:30 and a outdoor concert starting at about 8:30. The person who barbiques knows how to barbique. The stage is a big concrete stage and the seating is about 100 people. As the sun goes down there is suttle lighting. During the summer the weather there is always extremely nice. Hot days Warm nights. On the rest of the days the store is open for the people passing through going to Red Rock and White Rock. The store itself is nicely stocked with refreshments, snacks and basic items. I love it. - Joanna , posted 05/23/07 |
