We wstill haven't tried the vanilla, yet we plan to. The strawberry is very good with lovely bits of strawberry all through it. The flavour is really nicely ballanced and really *strawberry*. The chocolate has a very distinct and delicious flavour. It has that charm which calls for organic milk and a milkshake to be made...a grand dream of a milkshake. The small dairies which are cooperatively organized into the creamery have over the years managed to shift to organic farming of pasturage and silage techniques which allow the production of a Northern California organic dairy. This supports clean watersheds in the precious logged over Redwoods of the far northcoast encouraging healthy Salmon runs in the nearby mouth of the South Fork of the eel river.
