A local favorite, Bolthouse Farms Juice - available at Albertson's (& many other grocers), is now offering up this smaller size juice, Bom Dia. Anti-oxidant juices.. Hmm thought I've give 'em a try. $4/bottle, better be good! Since I had my first sore throat in years, I thought I would pick something powerful up for my poor overworked body. Mainly for a Vitamin C boost. The flavor I bought was Acai Berry & I downed it over ice, just before a large meal. My sore throat did develop into a minor cough & cold, but it only lasted 2 days & I am feeling great again. Not to mention I've been outside in 30 degrees chopping firewood, during this recovery time. Bolthouse just came out with some new flavors & BLUE GOODness, is my new fave.
