My fiance is looking for a subletter to live in the spare bedroom of his 3 bedroom house while we are in India this summer! He lives in a really cute home in South Austin ...he just painted all the rooms, there is a giant backyard, and its super affordable (plus the added bonus of two very cute and friendly outdoor kitties named chicken and bean).
If you know anyone who might be interested PLEASE pass the info along, we can't really afford to keep paying the rent while we are out of teh country and it is a great place.
June-Sept--$500/mo. **All Bills Paid**
The House:
* 3-1 in quiet South Central Austin neighborhood just off Oltorf and S. Congress; regular sized bedroom, some storage space in garage, ample closet space available in room and hallway
* Front and back yard, washer/dryer, bbq pit, gardening area
* Easy access to SoCo, I-35; No. 1/101 bus-lines (to campus/downtown); walking distance from St. Edwards campus, Big Stacey Pool, Stacey Park in Travis Heights, & Blunn Creek Nature Preserve
* Kitchen with full amenities, cooking equipment, dishwasher, fridge/pantry space
* Television, DVD player for common use
* Driveway/street space available
* 2 indoor/outdoor cats on premises (you don’t have to provide anything for them)
• Male or female
• Any hours or schedules are fine
You will have your own bedroom....and practically the whole house to yourself because you would be living with a really nice guy named Ryan (my fiance's brother) who works all day and kinda keeps to himself.
Oh! and I posted a pic of the kitchen....I just happen to be in it :)
