25 yr old educator and circus performer in search of a great roommate and potential friend to share a 2 BD apt (on Granite, near HSU) with. The apt has a large kitchen with dishwasher, balcony, 2 bathrooms, stays pretty warm, and has thick walls. I would like you to be clean (particularly when it comes to dishes), friendly, positive, easy going, respectful, and financially stable. Rent is $375 + utilities (usually $40 a month in summer including internet) and there is a $459 deposit and an application fee at Humboldt property of $10 + $10 if you need a cosigner. Oh- and aside from all the serious talk I do like to have fun. Occasional small parties are fine and friends, loved ones, music, and recreational activities are all good in moderation.
