Requesting private studio space 12' x 20' or larger with minimum 20' ceilings. Large windows and good natural light. Wooden floors. Space for a large workshop/art studio. Prefer private bath if possible.
Although I prefer to find a reasonably priced private studio, I am open to living with 1 or 2 others, even a small, like minded creative community in the right setting. potential for shared aerials/dance and floor space with mirrors. i am vegan/60% raw - and a clean kitchen space is a must - with room for dehydrator, juicer, vitamix, etc.
i am open to residency anywhere in the Bay area. And, if the perfect situation happens to be in LA, SD or SC - I am open to relocation.
i am envisioning a warehouse location, potentially in the East Bay, for roughly $444 - $888/mo. I am open to a range of rent options up to $1111/month - depending on space, beauty & privacy. I have also considered a loft space in SF. This is ideally a long term situation.
I am a dancer/artist/writer/seamstress/musician/director/promoter/producer/revolutionary/lightworker/healer ready to expand into a more focused, professional and productive creative environment.
