Office Management &#xD;
• Supervising and streamlining product packaging and delivery process &#xD;

• Collecting contracts and invoices, checking for accuracy and processing &#xD;

Are you detailed orientated, a fast learner, organized, and can you work without someone constantly telling you what to do?&#xD;
I need someone to come in and deal with filing and paperwork, mail, credit cards, keeping track of clients' scheduling, travel arrangements, logging information and general bookkeeping. We use Microsoft Office Suite software: Excel and Word mostly. If you know Peachtree Accounting Software, we consider that as a huge plus. You will need to be able to learn Peachtree (we can train you in this) so you must be computer literate.&#xD;
We need someone with impeccable verbal and written English because you will be answering the phones for potential clients and you will also on occasion create documents in Word. &#xD;
You must be willing to communicate regularly with others in the office regarding what needs to be done and how to do it. &#xD;
If you are upbeat, friendly, warm and kind, you will fit in great here. This is not a fast-paced environment. There is plenty to do, but we are not competitive within the company.
