Sangha: Celebrating Spiritual Community
Week of November 4-9
with....
Katchie Ananda, Scott Blossom, Saul David Raye, Jason Nemer, Jenny Sauer-Klein & Special Guest Dr. Robert Svoboda
There is an old saying: "You are the company you keep, so keep great company." This sentiment speaks to the heart of community. Community is built on relationships, and the quality of our relationships—with Nature, our bodies and minds, each other, and Spirit—defines our experience in life. The need for connection and community is an integral part of human nature. In this age of isolation and separation, the practice of yoga provides an opportunity to come together in a devotional practice, to rediscover one's own self on a soul level and receive the support of others with the same intention. When we come together determined to live in harmony and awareness, we share in each other's strengths and learn from each other's weaknesses. This way of being together helps us to see through the superficial differences of style, appearance, and opinion that separate us. We enter the heart of respect and compassion where our individual bodies and minds become the cells of a larger spiritual body—the Sangha.
